The Fox directing a Hen House movie
In a move that will surely derail noted homophobic 1980’s star Kirk Cameron’s movie about gay icon Sylester, earlier this week Warner Brothers studio announced that it was passing on noted antisemitic 1980’s star Mel Gibson’s movie about Jewish icon Judah Maccabee.
For their part, Warner Brothers has indicated that the script for the film just wasn’t that good—I kind of feel like that is the understatement of the century. Granted, Gibson didn’t write the script, but this is a guy who they are probably keeping from making a fifth Lethal Weapon movie because audiences don’t wanna hear him yell at Danny Glover “Watch out Murtaugh there’s a bomb in there! (Pause) Jews control the world silver market.”
There is no word yet however if Paramount will pass on Mel Gibson’s raunchy teen sex romp entitled The BROticols of the Elders of Zion. If it does get made it will be great to see Jonah Hill get that Best Actor nod he’s always wanted, instead of that pathetic Best Supporting Actor nomination he got this year, amiright?
