Holy ship this is a great ad
Now that Herman Cain is no longer running for office, the quest for the wackiest campaign ad can truly begin. Let’s take a look at this offering from Florida Republican Congressional Candidate and likely true author of anti-slavery poem “Amazing Grace” Mr. Mark Oxner.
This ad is just crazy. No not the weird Alan Grayson parrot or the more obvious and super offensive references to Obama being some kind of slaveboat captain (The first black president AND the first black slaveboat captain? My goodness that Barack sure is inspiring): rather I’m talking about the idea that Obama would captain an 18th century boat. Puh-leez we all know that Obama wants to be the conductor of a highspeed train powered by pork-barrel spending, gay divorces and unwed teenage Mexicans.
Side note: The ad isn’t all bad. I’m particularly fond of the photo of Mr. Oxner at the end. Ya know, the one where he looks like he is staring into the sun and smelling a really nasty but not super close fart at the same time.
